Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PrimeBranch Alameda Tree Service. By using our website at www.alamedatreeservices.com or hiring us for tree care services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our website and services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services We Provide

PrimeBranch Alameda Tree Service offers professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming.

All services are provided based on our professional assessment and industry best practices. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a job is unsafe, violates local regulations, or is beyond our capabilities.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for all tree services. Quotes are estimates based on our initial assessment and may change if we discover additional issues or complications once work begins. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Permits and Property Access

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by the City of Alameda or other local authorities before we begin work. We can advise you on permit requirements, but securing permits is ultimately your responsibility unless we have agreed in writing to handle this for you.

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing any pets during our visit.

Safety and Liability

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our team follows industry safety standards and uses professional equipment for all jobs. However, tree work involves inherent risks, and while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or irrigation lines that are not properly marked or disclosed to us before we begin work. You should contact local utility companies to mark underground lines before our arrival.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially for scheduled tree removal or major projects where we have allocated crew and equipment.

We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens and work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.

Property Damage and Claims

While we take great care to avoid damage to your property, if damage occurs due to our work, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will assess the damage and work with our insurance company to resolve valid claims.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to trees, plants, or structures, or for damage caused by hidden defects in trees or property that could not be reasonably detected during our initial assessment.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other maintenance services, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control.

For tree removal services, we guarantee complete removal of the tree as agreed. If stump grinding is included, we will grind the stump to the agreed depth, but we do not guarantee that all roots will be removed unless specifically contracted for.

The content on our website, including text, images, and graphics, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional arborist advice for your specific situation. Always consult with our team directly for advice about your trees.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from our website without written permission. All trademarks and service marks displayed on our website are the property of PrimeBranch Alameda Tree Service or their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
